🎯

The basics

What IPTV is and how it works

What is IPTV?

IPTV means watching television over your internet connection instead of through a satellite dish or an aerial. Same channels, same picture — different delivery. If you've used NOW, iPlayer or Netflix, you've already used the same underlying idea.

What do I need to get started?

Three things: a device (Firestick, Smart TV, Android, iPhone or MAG box), a stable connection, and your login details from us. No dish, no engineer, no installation.

How quickly can I be watching?

Usually within about 20 minutes — 5-15 for us to send your details, and roughly 5 to set the app up. Our setup guides walk through every device.

Is IPTV legal?

IPTV as a technology is entirely legal — it's just video over the internet, and BBC iPlayer and NOW work the same way. The legal position of any given service depends on the broadcasting rights involved, which varies by country. We'd encourage you to make your own informed decision rather than take a sales page's word for it.

The service

Channels, quality and what's included

How many channels do you have?

Over 25,000 live channels plus 80,000+ films and series. The channel list covers the main UK line-up — it's a selection, not all 25,000, since listing everything would run to hundreds of pages.

Do you have Sky Sports and TNT Sports?

Yes — every channel from both. That's the main reason people come to us: the Premier League is split across Sky (215 matches) and TNT (52), so watching it all normally means two subscriptions.

Is it really 4K?

Where the source broadcast is 4K, yes. Not every channel is 4K — no service can make a 1080p broadcast into 4K — but the premium sport is, and you'll need 50 Mbps to watch it properly.

What's the catch-up and TV guide like?

You get a full 7-day EPG and 7-day catch-up, so you can go back and watch something you missed.

Can I ask whether you have a specific channel?

Please do — message us before you buy. We'd much rather tell you upfront than have you find out after paying.

Plans & payment

Prices, contracts and renewals

How much does it cost?

From £9.99 for a month, or £49.99 for a year — about £4.17 a month. Full detail on the pricing page.

Do more expensive plans have more channels?

No — and that's deliberate. Every plan has exactly the same channels and the same VOD library. The only difference is duration; longer plans just cost less per month.

Is there a contract?

No. One-off payment, no auto-renewal, no card stored. When your plan ends, it stops unless you choose to renew.

Can I extend or upgrade?

Yes, any time — message us and we'll extend your existing subscription. Your login details stay the same.

How many devices can I use?

Up to two as standard. Need more simultaneous connections for the household? Ask us and we'll sort it.

Free trial

Testing before you pay

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. 24 hours, no card details, nothing to cancel. Message us and we'll send your login. If you don't get back in touch, nothing happens.

Is the trial a limited version?

No, it's the full service — all channels, all sport, 4K. Testing a stripped-back version would tell you nothing useful about what you'd actually be buying.

Why do you offer a trial at all?

Because IPTV has an earned reputation problem and asking people to pay on trust is a hard sell. We'd rather you found out it works on your telly and your broadband first than paid, got frustrated and asked for a refund. Full reasoning on the free trial page.

Technical

Speeds, devices and problems

What internet speed do I need?

10 Mbps for HD, 25 for Full HD, 50 for 4K. Stability matters as much as raw speed — a steady 30 Mbps beats a spiky 200.

Why is it buffering?

Nine times out of ten it's the last few metres: weak Wi-Fi to the telly. An Ethernet cable is the single most effective fix in IPTV and costs about a fiver. Failing that, get on 5 GHz rather than 2.4.

Which device is best?

The Firestick, for most people — cheap, plugs into any TV, handles 4K. Android boxes are excellent too. Smart TV apps work but are the fiddliest option, and we'll say so rather than pretend otherwise.

Do I need a VPN?

No, it's not required. Some people use one for privacy, but the service works normally without.

Do you help with setup?

Yes — that's what the 24/7 WhatsApp is for. Tell us your device and we'll walk you through it.

Still got a question?

Ask us on WhatsApp — including the awkward ones. Real people, 24/7, and we'd rather answer it than have you guess.
